Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Noida, India
- Onsite - 5 days from office
- Work Timings - As per Mexico Time Zone - Night Shift
Required Skills:
- 1 to 3 of experience in Mexico/Brazil/LATAM Hiring.
- Strong expertise in Recruiting Life Cycle - Understanding requirements, qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, coordinating interviews, offer closing and resource onboarding.
- Good understanding and experience of IT Staffing recruiting (both Contract and Perm).
- Well versed with job boards, ATS and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree is a must (ideally in IT or CS).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Self-Motivated.
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Spanish language
- Portuguese Language
