Recruiter Responsibilities:

• The candidate must have about 2 to 5 years of experience who has extensive experience in both IT and Non-IT India requirements.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Must have experience working on ATS and different Job boards.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Should have excellent written skills and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and good decision-making skills.
