IT/ Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT/Technical Recruiter at CareerTree HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Kochi. As an IT/Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent in the industry. Additionally, you will communicate and collaborate with candidates, clients, and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
