Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Team Lead, you'll be immersing yourself in a variety of projects, learning alongside software engineers, solution architects, and other IT professionals.
Your Role Will Encompass
- Providing accurate work estimates for ServiceNow projects
- Directing and participating in the development of ServiceNow solutions
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards
- Mentoring and developing the skills of the ServiceNow development team
- Liaising with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Staying current with the latest ServiceNow updates and technologies
Candidate Specification
- A minimum of 10 years of development experience in ServiceNow development (including scripting and application development)
- Strong background in software development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Familiarity with various ServiceNow modules and applications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and estimation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Desired Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- Agile project management; Agile Scrum Master certification preferred
