Job Description:
nPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer / IT Systems Administrator to manage and enhance our infrastructure's reliability and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for OS and database patching, creating and executing work plans, and managing change requests (CR). They will also address security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with various standards and audits.
nKey Responsibilities:
nApplication Support:
- nBug fixes & Production Defect
nSystem and Database Management:
- nPerform OS and database patching to maintain system health and security.
- nDevelop and implement detailed work plans for system upgrades and maintenance.
- nCreate and manage Change Requests (CR) to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
nSecurity and Vulnerability Management:
- nIdentify and address security vulnerabilities, including CCDR, SCDR, SVN, and AOD.
- nUtilize ServiceNow to manage device, database, and application vulnerabilities.
- nUpdate MECID and ASTRA CLOUD configurations to ensure system integrity.
- nMaintain and update the Golden Image to reflect the latest security standards and patches.
nArchitecture and Compliance:
- nImplement architecture bug fixes and ensure the stability of IT systems.
- nEnsure compliance with SOX and ASPR standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- nOversee FIM (File Integration Management) audits to ensure data integrity and security.
nSoftware Configuration and Code Management:
- nManage SCR (Software Configuration Management) processes, ensuring code integrity and version control.
- nUtilize Codecloud, GitHub, Jira, Jfrog, and SVN repositories for efficient code management.
- nOversee Jenkins (CI/CD) pipeline management, addressing bug fixes and production defects promptly
nQualifications:
- nBachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- n4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on security and compliance.
- nProficiency in ServiceNow, MECID, ASTRA CLOUD, Jenkins, and various code repositories.
- nStrong understanding of SOX and ASPR compliance requirements.
- nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
