ACA believes that we can deliver the world's best GRC software to our blue-chip financial services client base of over 3500 firms. We are seeking top talent to join us in our journey to build and deliver The SalesForce of Compliance. Compliance Officers in finance have been stuck in the past, with inefficient, manual effort driving their compliance programs. ACA's ComplianceAlpha is deployed at 800+ clients and more daily to help modernize that. We are investing significantly to drive technology usage at our clients.

Position Summary:

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation, and ongoing management of the technology systems utilized by ACA. The individual in this role will apply the IT vision to find ways to incorporate new ideas into their daily work as well as provide suggestions for broader improvements for IT Systems.

Job Duties:

1. Implement and maintain back-end technology systems such as Servers, Backup Software, Networking, and Enterprise Software.

2. Implement and maintain new or replacement systems.

3. Work towards becoming Subject Matter Expert in systems responsible for.

4. Document systems and cross-train others to ensure comprehensive support from the team.

5. Routine periodic reviews, audits, and maintenance of all systems.

6. Handle escalations from various business units.

7. Handle escalations for the 1st/2nd line support.

8. Monitor and enforce data loss prevention policies.

9. Perform system upgrades as necessary for hardware/software related components.

10. Perform administrative duties on network and cloud infrastructure.

11. Monitor backup procedures and perform occasional recoveries to ensure backup integrity.

12. Coordinate with vendors/service providers as necessary.

13. Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives.

Preferred Education and Experience :

1. Technical certifications are a plus

2. Experience with implementing systems based on detailed design specifications

3. Experience performing system administration of servers, network devices and enterprise software

4. Experience in Tier 1 and 2 technical support escalations.
