Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including but not limited to Exchange Online, Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
- Manage email Services (Exchange / Exchange Online), establish, and maintain O365 Exchange mailboxes, user accounts, distribution groups and establishes infrastructure mailbox constraints and advise on enterprise messaging policies.
- Office 365 Exchange Online administration (Domains, Policies, Transport Rules, Spam administration and Microsoft Defender etc.)
- Responsible for Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Licensing, and other identity management components
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats.
- Responsible for the security and reliability of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 systems and services and Exchange Online
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure optimal network performance and security.
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical business data and minimize downtime in the event of system failures.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Evaluate, recommend, and purchase hardware and software solutions that meet the organization's IT requirements and budget constraints.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of services - Mandatory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
