- We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our internal users
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for helping others resolve technical issues
- Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
- Ensure the security and integrity of company data by following best practices and security protocols
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to use various software applications and systems effectively
