Job Description

Edaya App is looking for IT Support technician to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our internal users
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for helping others resolve technical issues
  • Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
  • Ensure the security and integrity of company data by following best practices and security protocols
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use various software applications and systems effectively
