Key Responsibilities
- Experience in performing user / Group administration in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Experience in Exchange administration; creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders
- Good understanding and command of Outlook/MS office applications - email correspondence.
- Experience with work-flow management tools like Service Now, etc.
- Grant SharePoint permissions through Windows Active Directory.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; provide documentation and accountability, Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
Job Requirements
Knowledge/Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system administration,
- Basic knowledge of administration utilities like Active directory management.
- Basic understanding of audio video conference technologies.
- Basic understanding of network
- Strong Communication skills.
Skills/Qualifications
- BE BTECH other degrees
- Certification like MCP and other will be added advantage.
- 3 years of experience in managing different technologies mentioned above.
