IT Support Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience and be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our clients. The IT Support Specialist will be expected to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and resolve technical issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Document and maintain IT procedures and policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-6 years of experience in IT support
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with networking protocols and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
