Depending upon your Experience.
Any Grad /PG/ max- 5yr exp.( In SERVICE DESK Profile ) can apply
Minimum exp-0-9 months
Maximum exp- 4 years
Work from office
5 days working | 2 rotational off) ( shift will be US shift) (have to comfortable with 24/7)
Both sides cab
Candidate should have experience of Laptop/Desktop Trobleshooting issue
Candidate should have good knowledge of resolving office 365 issue
Worked on AD
Technical knowledge is must
1 year experience is required
