Roles & Responsibilities
- Test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Install software applications necessary for employees to perform their roles and responsibilities.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Diagnose, resolve and document technical issues.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and toward automation.
- Providing support for MAC and PC and following protocols set in place for installing software.
- Provide Helpdesk and Remote Desktop support.
Must have
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Demonstrate a passion to learn and share the latest trends in technology.
- Exhibit the qualities of a quick learner in an agile-start-up environment.
- Possess strong oral and written skills.
- Should be willing to work in the night shift.
- Should have experience between 0 to 2 years.
- Required qualification can be BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BSc/ any PG degree.
Workspace requirements
- Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
- Ready for Video calls at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining the human connection while working from Anywhere.
- Good Internet speed (Above 50 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).
- Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues).
