As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and CCTV-related issues. Your role will involve ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the organization and addressing any technical challenges as they arise.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.Network Support:
Troubleshoot networking issues, ensure network security, and manage network devices such as routers and switches.CCTV Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring proper functioning and video quality.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on computers, servers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
User Support:
Provide technical assistance and support to employees, helping resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively.Documentation:
Maintain records of IT incidents, solutions provided, and any changes made to the systems. Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems.- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, network devices, and CCTV setups.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
