Role : IT Support Engineer

Experience : 2-4 Years

Location : Chennai

Job description :

Role Specifics - Day in the Life :

  1. Checking all background jobs emails running on Productions and ensure it is working fine and if there is any issue he need to flag the respective team.
  2. Troubleshooting hardware (Laptop/ Desktop) and software issues for on-premises and remote users
  3. Installing, Configuring, and maintaining hardware peripherals as per company standards checklist
  4. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Operating system, all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates.
  5. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues in Lan & Wan Network for Laptop, Desktop, and other network devices
  6. Strong knowledge in configuring Email accounts with IMAP/POP/Exchange in multiple Email clients including mobile phone android and iOS.
  7. Hands-on in Configuring of network devices like Access Point, Network Printer, Attendance machine & Smart TV Casting, etc.
  8. Hands-on experience in Configuring and troubleshooting multiple VPN clients.
  9. Should have basic knowledge in maintaining server racks, Net cabling, Lan cable punching, installation & configuration of server operating system, etc.
  10. Strong knowledge in the installation troubleshooting of Endpoint protection Antivirus. Maintaining logs, quick action on the affected machine
  11. Hands-on experience in maintaining IT Assets Inventory, Software application inventory & subscriptions.
  12. Hands-on experience in creating and troubleshooting Microsoft office 365 administration, including ID creation, Group Management, License Management, Teams Management, OneDrive configuration, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Experience: 3 year

2. Graduated in any field or B. Tech/B.E. would be strong

3. Should have used JIRA in his experience

4. Should be well-versed with ticket resolving raised by the customer

5. Should be checking all background jobs emails running on Productions and ensure it is working fine and if there is any issue he need to flag the respective team.
