IT Support

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users. This position will be based in India and will require working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
• Install and configure hardware and software systems
• Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-6 years of experience in IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
• Experience with networking protocols and technologies
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange Server
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
