Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to provide technical assistance to our employees. The IT Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing technical support to end-users. Good experience in handing machines at remote places.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and fix them
- Data security, encryption, Performance tracking, Manage Remote machines online
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
- Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system backups
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems
- Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
- Assist with IT projects, such as software deployments and system upgrades
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, Graphic card and operating systems
- Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
