Job Description

IT Solution Manager, Bosch Digital, India#RBPEREQ-412993

Accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT Solution orchestrates responsible roles

Manages customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development.

Pro-actively consults business teams in optimizing the Solution (technical, commercial) and in regards to standardization.

Plans activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service-teams (Solution roadmap).

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and procurement, to implement and support new solutions.

Integrates IT Products/Services into customer's environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer

Manages IT Solution's dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners. Takes over accountability for interfaces.

Responsible for complying with PMP Standards and Project Management process. Should be familiar with Agile methodologies

Responsible to meet the project deliverables as per the sprint plan and quality of the output; Manages all aspects of the project in all phases of SDLC to reach project success based on the project goal

Analyzes and communicates Quality KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated Products/Services, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)

Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Solution

Ensures achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures

Preferably have expertise in Procurement to Pay/ Order to cash/ SCM/,Logistics, understanding of financial processes related to procurement, sales and inventory management.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering/Technology

Additional Information

Seeking a highly skilled candidate with extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise business functions, including Procurement to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Logistics.
