Job Type: Hourly Contract

About Us: FuturePath is an early-stage startup revolutionizing the Enterprise Service Desk experience using Generative AI. We are a remote-first company working with Fortune 500 clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Position: We are looking for experienced IT Service Desk Agents to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This role involves testing our software platform based on provided SOPs and sharing detailed feedback. This opportunity could lead to larger roles within the company and serves as an excellent side income.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Testing:

  • Engage in simulated customer service scenarios to test the functionality of our service desk tools.
  • Provide detailed feedback on usability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the tools in improving IT support processes.

Feedback Collection:

  • Usability: Provide detailed feedback on user interface, navigation, and overall user experience.
  • Accuracy: Assess the accuracy of recommendations and insights provided by the tools. Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
  • Efficiency: Evaluate the tools impact on response times, first call resolution rates, and workflow automation. Provide suggestions for enhancements based on observations.

Interaction Simulation:

  • Customer Scenarios: Simulate a variety of customer service scenarios, including common queries and technical support requests.
  • Real-Time Responses: Monitor the tools performance in providing real-time responses and support under different loads and conditions.

**Daily IT Support** (MUST HAVE SKILL):

These are the kind of issues you help enterprise employees with on a daily basis:

  • Handle common IT requests, including:
  • VPN connection issues.
  • Software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Hardware setup and maintenance.
  • Microsoft 365 support, including Outlook and Teams issues.
  • Password resets and account management.
  • Network connectivity problems.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in IT service desk roles.
  2. Strong understanding of customer service and technical support.
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
