Roles and Responsibilities-

• Strong at analyzing Information Technology needs in line with business direction from corporate leaders for translating business requirement into technology solutions to achieve the business goals.
• Establishing milestones and deliverables for all IT initiatives & service requests.
• Hands on experience of designing, customizing, testing and implementing reports in MS-Dynamics/D365.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards in Power-BI/D365 interfacing databases.
• Strong experience in improving Usability of various D365 screens/reports to help minimize the number of clicks required to finish any task.
• Strong experience in maintaining accurate and current Master Data in D365 environment.
• Capable of designing and implementing small reports on their own without need for depending on vendors/implantation partners.
