As an IT Security Analyst, you'll play a vital role in helping us safeguard and protect the organization's computer networks, systems and applications from external and internal vulnerabilities, threats, infiltration, and cyber-attacks.

We are dedicated to continuously increasing our cyber security maturity and have set up a program to implement many new cyber security initiatives. At the same time, we know that the world does not stand still, so you will also be involved in both operational and strategic tasks on how to handle new cyber and information security threats. You will do this by collaborating with skilled colleagues in both Denmark and India.

Your Role: Make an Impact

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team working to achieve our IT Security goals. You will be working from our Mumbai office reporting to the Head of IT Risk and Security (CISO) based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating response activities during security incidents, including detection and remediation, in close collaboration with IT colleagues and our SOC provider.
• Optimizing the tools already implemented for enhancing our information security detection capabilities (e.g. SIEM, audit tools, vulnerability monitoring tool, scripting etc.).
• Analyzing security event logs and alarms.
• Performing forensic analysis and keeping detailed investigation records.
• Working alongside colleagues globally and helping them mitigate information security vulnerabilities by enhancing our ability to predict, prevent and handle security incidents.
• Communicating with end users.

Your Profile

We're looking for an IT Security Analyst who thrives in a global, collaborative environment and can bring technical expertise to the team.

To succeed in this role, you bring

• At least five years of operational experience as an IT security analyst, manager or architect.
• Experience in managing SIEM solutions preferably QRadar to query, analyze and investigate security events and alarms.
• Experience in fixing technical vulnerabilities related to Windows OS systems.
• Cloud computing expertise preferably networking and authentication of MS Azure environments.
• Experience in fixing, coordination and management of the resolution of security incidents and IT vulnerabilities.
• Experience in administering Active Directory Policies, IAM and PKI administration.
• Knowledge of query languages such as SQL, JQ or AQL.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting.

Furthermore, you should have:

• Critical thinking skills, with attention to detail as well as top-notch technical skills.
• An analytical mindset to make analysis and investigations.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly.
