Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and management of the sales funnel, from initial contact to deal closure
- Should have experience working with Partners / Vendors and work towards closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define scope and facilitate technical or product discussions during the sales journey
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the US market
- Work on comprehensive sales solutions for our offerings in UX/UI Research & Design, Front-End and Back-End Engineering, and Software Product Development
- Understand and leverage our USPs and IP-based solutions for sales conversations and conversions
- Cultivate a strong network and leverage existing contacts within the software and financial industries
- Engage with diverse clients, from Enterprises to Startups, delivering Digital Transformation, Interface Modernization and New Concept Development solutions
- Adapt to the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model in sales strategies
- Lead negotiations and close deals for long-term partnerships
- Consistently meet sales targets, providing regular updates on achievements
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- Expertise in software services sales for software product development and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective pitches and negotiations
- Demonstrated ability and prior success in closing individual sales deals of USD 200k and above
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales deal journeys from inception to closure
- Successful track record in closing deals with both GCCs and US-based companies
- Strong networking skills
- Must bring a substantial existing business network or Rolodex of contacts in relevant industries
- Past experience in selling design services or design-driven services, specifically in UX research and design, coupled with engineering services
- Strong understanding of the Software Life Cycle Development (SLDC) process
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and complete sales orientation
- Flexibility to work across different time zones (US, Middle East, Europe, Japan, India) and availability for client calls as needed
- Based in Bengaluru, with easy accessibility for potential in-person meetings
Good to Have Requirements:
- Techno-functional sales skillset, blending technical expertise with advanced sales skills
- Experience in financial domain sales, particularly in Mutual Funds, NBFCs, Banks, and Insurance
- Experience in selling data visualization solutions and user interface services
- Knowledge and understanding of Digital Transformation, Interface Modernization, and new concept solutions and development
- Understanding of and ability to have a conversation on User Behavior Research and User Experience
- Must be available to join immediately or have less than 15 days notice period remaining
