Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Research potential IT project opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Submit detailed, high-quality proposals and bids that meet client requirements and project specs.

Track all bids and proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

Identify trends and opportunities in the online bidding marketplace to refine bidding strategies and boost win rates.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the online bidding space.

Provide feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and market analysis.

Ensure accurate and feasible project scoping and proposal preparation.

Work with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional materials for online platforms.

Experience: - 3 to 5 years

Qualification :- B Tech - CS, IT, MCA
