Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud, server, storage, end computing, virtualization, backup, and related technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
Previous experience in Hyderabad region IT sales is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our products/services can address those needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and resolve any client issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a field sales role.
Basic knowledge of cloud computing, servers, storage solutions, end computing, virtualization, backup, and related technologies.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling IT solutions to enterprise-level clients.
Sales Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware) is preferrable.
