- Identifying Prospective Clients: Identifying and targeting potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking events.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and building relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs, requirements, and pain points, and proposing relevant technology solutions and services.
- Sales Pitch: Preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches that articulate the value proposition of the technology solutions and services being offered, and addressing any objections or concerns that prospective clients may have.
- Closing Deals: Closing sales by negotiating pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements, and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the proposed solution and service.
- Managing Accounts: Managing and growing existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, cross-selling and upselling additional products and services, and ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on technology trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices, and using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
