Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our IT services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with UK, US, and EMEA markets is a must.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the UK, US, and EMEA markets, including small and medium-sized businesses, enterprise organizations, and startups.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in these regions, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored IT solutions to address them.

Create and execute strategic sales plans specific to each market to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop compelling sales propositions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the UK, US, and EMEA markets to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to prospective clients in these regions, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and business development within the IT services sector, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the UK, US, and EMEA markets, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
