Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • US IT & Healthcare IT Solutions Selling
  • Execute and deliver quality solution-focused executive overview presentations
  • Reviewing the needs of clients and presenting them with technological solutions to their problems
  • Providing relevant proposal/quotes to clients, demonstrating Services negotiating prices on bids.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in the sales and technology fields and should have proven success negotiating deals with US based clients.
  • As a technology sales rep, candidate should have a good understanding of the technology which you will be selling.
  • Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to achieve the assigned sales quota
  • Training junior tele sales staff.
  • Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets
  • Implementing sales strategies.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
  • Initiate the Telephonic Conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sale.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team /Sales Head.
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Measure identified KPIs.
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Track and document calls and sales.
  • Update client records.
  • Prepare and present achievements and KIPs.
  • Willing to work in night shift.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Extensive experience in sales and technology
  • Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of organization and time management.
