Role & responsibilities
- US IT & Healthcare IT Solutions Selling
- Execute and deliver quality solution-focused executive overview presentations
- Reviewing the needs of clients and presenting them with technological solutions to their problems
- Providing relevant proposal/quotes to clients, demonstrating Services negotiating prices on bids.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in the sales and technology fields and should have proven success negotiating deals with US based clients.
- As a technology sales rep, candidate should have a good understanding of the technology which you will be selling.
- Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to achieve the assigned sales quota
- Training junior tele sales staff.
- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Initiate the Telephonic Conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sale.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team /Sales Head.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Measure identified KPIs.
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales.
- Update client records.
- Prepare and present achievements and KIPs.
- Willing to work in night shift.
Preferred candidate profile
- Extensive experience in sales and technology
- Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases
- Negotiation skills
- Strong sense of organization and time management.
