The Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients digital requirements and tailor solutions that best fit their objectives and budget.
  • Present Solutions: Articulate the value proposition of UTL IT Solutions digital services effectively to prospects through compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Close Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, preferably sales experience in digital marketing services, web development, or application development.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of digital solutions and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
  • Result-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, project management, and technical teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and a strong drive to succeed.
