Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored IT solutions.Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
Work to onboard new clients.Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to address any project-related issues.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop long-term strategic plans for key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Track and report on key account performance metrics.- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Implement corrective actions as needed to improve client relationships and project outcomes.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.- Provide leadership and guidance to junior account managers and other team members.
