Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and expanding our market presence in the consumer goods sector.
Sales & Revenue Generation:- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities.- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on market conditions, product performance, and customer feedback.
Sales Reporting:- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer contacts in the CRM system.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT product sales
Experience with IT sales is a plus.Skills:
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
