Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and expanding our market presence in the consumer goods sector.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on market conditions, product performance, and customer feedback.
Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer contacts in the CRM system.
  • Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT product sales
Experience with IT sales is a plus.
Skills: Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
