Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our products.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends.
- Analyze competitors activities and suggest strategies to counteract their actions.
- Sales Administration:
- Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market conditions.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in field sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
