Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Analyze competitors activities and suggest strategies to counteract their actions.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
