About us:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT sector. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions and prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Sales - 0 to 5 years.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Highly active on Social Media.
- Excellent communication(English), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active on Linkedin.
