Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by generating and pursuing leads.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and other related platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Snowflake SnowPro Certification).
- Experience in selling to specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and IT service management.
