Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients
