Job Description

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth: i. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. ii. Focus on increasing GMV by identifying high-potential business opportunities and converting them into sales.

Lead Generation and Qualification: i. Utilize diverse channels and industry events to generate high-quality leads. ii. Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue goals leading the full sales conversation and negotiation. iii. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up to convert leads

Market Penetration and GTM Strategy: i. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our GTM strategy. ii. Develop and communicate compelling value propositions to potential clients. iii. Identify and target new market segments to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Client Relationship Management: i. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. ii. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. iii. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions tailored to client needs.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: i. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as revenue, GMV, and conversion rates. ii. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Who You Are

4-8 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a service-based startup environment with background in consultative and solution-based selling experience.

Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions.

Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. In-depth knowledge of IT solutions and services relevant to the company's offerings.

Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

Pay: 396,
  • 84 - 1,600,000.00 per year
