Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of IT-Sales-Lead Generation at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Good knowledge of IT solutions and services.
  • Experience in lead generation or sales will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through various sources such as online research, cold calling, and social media platforms.
  • Generate leads by presenting the company's IT solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
