Job Description

Job Title: IT Sales and Marketing Head / Manager

Compensation: Purely commission / equity basis

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Bangalore)

Job Description:

As the IT Sales and Marketing Head, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies for our IT solutions portfolio. You will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your focus will be on selling IT solutions, including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Security Awareness Training, Cybersecurity Packages, Compliance Packages, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the IT solutions space.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and motivating them to achieve targets.

5. Product Positioning: Develop compelling value propositions and positioning strategies for IT solutions, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.

6. Sales Collateral: Create effective sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support the sales process and enhance brand visibility.

7. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.

9. Marketing Initiatives: Oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the target market.

10. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

11. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in IT sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

- Deep understanding of IT solutions, including VAPT, security awareness training, cybersecurity packages, and compliance packages.

- Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity and IT space.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
