Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT professionals, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends, with the ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and competencies.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
