Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs

- Coordinate technical interviews with IT hiring managers
- Participate in IT candidate selection and offer negotiations

Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an IT recruiter or similar role

- Excellent knowledge of IT sourcing strategies and techniques
