Job Description

Company Overview:

NYINST, a subsidiary of XCEL Corp, is dedicated to nurturing young IT professionals. We provide graduate students with opportunities to work on live projects and develop necessary skills in current technologies. We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and delivering quality hires in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide feedback and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages. Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and status updates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles and the IT industry. Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT positions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools.

Working Days: Mon-Sat

Working Hours: 9:30Am to 8:00Pm (Including 1.5Hrs of break)
