Job Title: IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles.
- Technical Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates technical expertise, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Job Marketing: Craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings on relevant platforms to attract high-quality applicants.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring quick turnarounds for urgent requirements.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and the competitive landscape to offer strategic recruitment insights.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and key metrics to leadership and clients.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a talent advisor to clients, offering guidance on hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
Required Skills And Experience
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of IT or technical recruiting experience.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, GitHub, and niche forums.
- Communication Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT terminologies, roles, and skills, including programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Consulting Skills: Ability to provide strategic insights and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Organization: Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Adaptability: A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Previous experience working in a recruitment consultancy or agency environment.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches, x-ray searches, and talent mapping.
- Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and project managers.
