- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT roles.
- Use multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent in IT fields such as software development, system administration, cybersecurity, data science, etc.
- Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and other methods.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms and optimize them for visibility.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and expectations.
- Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
- Maintain an active and organized candidate database, ensuring up-to-date records of prospects and ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Assist in preparing and extending job offers, salary negotiations, and other employment agreements.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., programming languages, cloud technologies, databases).
- Tools Expertise: Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes and identify the right technical and cultural fit.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously without losing track of details.
