IT Recruiter (US)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at Programming.com located in the Mohali district. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and hiring. The main tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as maintaining a candidate database and collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in technical recruiting and hiring
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
• Experience in the software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
