  • Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job application
  • should have experience in IT recruitment experience of hiring all IT skills
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicantsrelevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Require Good Communication skill
  • Good listening skill and Confidence
  • looking for people upto 5 km range from Magarpatta City, Pune
