Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for IT positions using various job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate status.
• Assist with the scheduling of interviews and the preparation of interview materials.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate degree.
• 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Understanding of IT job roles, technologies and the job market context in India.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems.
