We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter - Trainee to join our team. The IT Recruiter - Trainee will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing and screening of IT professionals using various platforms and tools
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our database
• Assist in negotiating and closing job offers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the job market

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Any Degree
• 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
