IT Recruiter - Trainee

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. This is a full-time position with potential for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with job boards and other recruiting resources
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
