Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop job descriptions accordingly.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.

    Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and Boolean search strings.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: 10,422.17 - 25,174.03 per month
