Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop job descriptions accordingly.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and Boolean search strings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
