SentientGeeks is looking for
IT Recruiter to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
- Desired Candidate Profile:
Applicants must have 03-06 months internship or employment experience in IT hiring
Applicants should be from
West Bengal Diploma/Certification related to HR will be preferred.
Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals
Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
. Candidate with experience in
Vendor Management or
staff augmentation will be highly preferred.
Applicants should have
good communication skill.
Writing and posting technical job descriptions
Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed, vendors and LinkedIn.
Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.
Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.
