Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Nariman point
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview IT candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Maintain candidate databases and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting software.
