Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for product roles, including Product Managers, Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and other related positions.
Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.- Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience with a focus on product roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
